There are crops needing picking at the garden! There is broccoli ready to be picked in the new community plot adjacent to my plot. I hate to see it go to waste. In other community plots there is lots of really nice lettuce. This should be picked soon, since it won't be long before in will bolt. There are also quite a few ripe strawberries by the pavilion.

I urge everyone to pick the larkspur in my plot. These are the tall blue flowers. They last well in arrangements, and there are plenty of them!!

If anyone knows when the next CSA baskets will be picked, please let the rest of us know. Then we can stop harvesting in the community plots a few days before.
